Deleting all but my personal art blog, and not sure how long that one will remain on here.
Y’all are welcome to follow me on my Facebook page, Twitter, and Instagram- all are “Illustrologist” handles and directly art-based.
Personal friends, you can still message me on Facebook as usual.
Back to basics !
Shoveling makes everything stiff and painful.
I dropped off my laptops (one functioning, one a paper weight) and they asked for some time to perform a backup/data migration of the working one, expecting it to be done by mid-afternoon.
Apparently it’s being a jerk and taking an insanely long time to perform the backup, so now they aren’t sure the new iMac will even be ready before close, so I’ll have to rush to get it during my lunch break tomorrow.
Leave it to my old electronics to be difficult and protest their retirement. I’m too impatient for this.
My new iMac came in yesterday and I get to pick it up tomorrow!!
It will be bittersweet saying goodbye to the laptops. I’ll try not to cry.
I want a place of my own. It’s going to cost money no matter what I do. Yes a house is an investment but it’s easier to move out of an apartment in a year.
Marriage will never guarantee a perfect outcome either.
I’m 28 and feel like a stunted adult because whenever I go to a parent for advice I’m still treated like some impulsive teenager. It’s insulting.
I’m looking into renting an apartment and everything is so confusing.
